We recommend arriving beach ready in your swimsuit and beach cover-up, with your first layer of sunscreen on and ready for adventure 😎
Don't forget your beach essentials:
towel
hat
extra sunscreen
sunglasses
Want to do a wardrobe change? Feel free to bring an extra suit, cover-up or outfit.
If you're joining us during the cooler months, a light sweater or windbreaker is a good idea for full-day excursions or sunset sails.
Capture the Moments: Bring along your GoPros or smartphones—just make sure they're in waterproof cases and, if possible, attached to a lanyard
It’s also a good idea to have chapstick, and sometimes having leave in conditioner and face moisturizers for when you’re done in the water can be helpful. A sarong or easy beach cover you don’t mind getting a little salty in our experience is also a great idea.
If you get seasick, please make sure to let us know and take your dramamine or Gravol (dimenhydrinate) prior to boarding the boat!
📸 Elevate Your Experience: Interested in drone footage? We offer exclusive drone packages for an additional fee—just let us know in advance!
Health First: If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please inform us when you book your tour. Don't forget to bring any necessary medications or EpiPens.

Each tour is run by our experienced Captain and attentive First Mate.
We provide a well-stocked cooler featuring water, soft drinks, and a selection of beers and Bahamian cocktails depending on your preference.
For your palate, we offer an array of fresh fruit kebabs and light snacks (e.g. veggies and dip, chips and dip, individually packaged snacks, etc.), with sandwiches or wraps also included for our extended adventures (6 and 8 hour tours) along with some fun surprise treats.
For private tours, we can also switch the sandwiches up and stop at a beach restaurant if you prefer, or do the Ol’ Bahamian boat day tradition of a bucket of KFC chicken and sides (dependant on time/day of tour and must be confirmed in advance and may be an additional fee).
To enhance your experience, we supply snorkelling gear (snorkel, mask, fins and life vest/float belt), beach floats, a spacious beach blanket, and even a sunshade tent when the weather calls for it on most tours (check the details for your tour under your package or feel free to message us if you’re unsure), we also offer cooler cups on every tour for your convenience and to help stick with our environmentally friendly mission 🤓
Our boat also has a toilet onboard and a fresh water washdown system so that you can do a quick rinse once you’re done in the ocean to get the salt off if you'd like.
On fishing tours we supply all fishing gear needed, as well as bait.
Your tour experience is tailored to the package you select with your group in mind. Each private tour is customizable with various add-ons available when you book.

If there is no availability on your desired day, we urge you to send us a message directly to inquire about the day. Sometimes we are still able to accommodate tours on days that are blocked off depending on availability.
We block the day off because we prefer to block it off and manage expectations than to overbook or double book. This means that sometimes we are still available to do the tour - so feel free to send us a message :)

Our tours are a hit with families!
For our Rose Island and Nassau area excursions, we recommend children be at least 3 years old.
For our more adventurous Out Island trips, a minimum age of 5 is advised.
Please note that some activities may have age restrictions.
For safety reasons, in general snorkelling will only be available for children ages 8 and up who are comfortable in the water and have snorkelled before.
While we're thrilled to have your little ones join us, it's important to remember that we don't offer onboard babysitting services—unless you request this in advance for an additional fee.
Your family's safety is our top priority!
-
Although we would love to welcome all onboard, safety is our first priority.
This tour is not generally suitable for: infants, pregnant people, people with back or spine injuries, those with more severe mobility concerns, or people who are recovering from a recent surgery.
While we strive to offer an experience that's accessible to everyone, unfortunately, our boat is not wheelchair-accessible and may not be suitable for individuals with certain accessibility concerns. That being said, we are committed to making our tours as inclusive as possible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out to us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate you or discuss alternative arrangements.
-
While tipping is entirely at your discretion, it's a wonderful way to express your gratitude. We suggest bringing a little extra cash, as a gratuity of 15% to 25% of your tour price is a customary gesture of appreciation for exemplary service.
Our dedicated crew works incredibly hard to craft unforgettable experiences, with the hope of making your day with us truly special.
Should you choose to leave a tip, it can be given directly to the crew in cash, or if that's not convenient, we can facilitate a way for you to express your thanks through the company.
Your generosity is a greatly appreciated acknowledgment of the hard work and passion our team puts into every tour.

During the hurricane season from June 1 to November 30, and throughout the year, our region can experience sudden weather changes, including unexpected showers and thunderstorms.
These unexpected showers are often not forecasted and may appear suddenly on what seems like a clear day. We diligently monitor weather conditions to ensure your safety and comfort.
If adverse weather is expected during your tour, we will contact you either the morning of or the night before your scheduled departure to discuss your options.
These options include rescheduling your tour to a clearer day, cancelling it without penalty, or when possible deciding to continue with the tour and keep a vigilant eye on the weather while on the water.
Please note that many showers pass quickly and may not significantly impact your experience. However, your comfort and safety are our top priority, and we are committed to keeping you informed and providing flexible options based on the latest weather reports.
-
Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities!
If Mother Nature has other plans on your scheduled tour day, we’ll gladly reschedule if possible or issue a full refund.
Our vessel is designed for smooth sailing even in less-than-ideal conditions. But let’s be honest, we want your experience to be nothing short of spectacular, so if the weather looks really concerning, we’ll make the responsible call.
As for our fishing adventures, we're usually up for a little rain! But if lightning strikes or the seas get too rough, we'll put your safety first by either rescheduling or refunding your tour price prior to heading out.
-
We tailor each tour route to suit your group's unique preferences. During the booking process, we'll ask you to share your group's swimming and snorkelling abilities, as well as your comfort level in the water.
This information is crucial for us to choose the perfect snorkelling and swimming destinations for you.
For our 'per head' group tours, we typically opt for snorkelling locations that are beginner-friendly to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

We provide our guests with a snorkel, mask and fins as well as life vests and float belts.

As part of our preparation for your private tour, we need to know a few things about you to make sure we are able to properly curate your tour so that it can be the best experience possible!
We also require that you fill out your liability waiver in advance and submit prior to arriving at the boat.
We ask that you do this in advance so that if we need to make any arrangements or be aware of any allergies, etc. we know ahead of time.
It also means that when you get to the boat we can get out on the water right away without wasting tour time on reading and filling out forms.
Every passenger on board needs to fill out and sign their own form. We ask that parents or legal guardians fill out forms for those under the age of 18.
No guest will be allowed to board the boat until their form is filled out and signed.
Safety is our top priority!

Aboard our tours, guests can enjoy a selection of complimentary beverages including water, sodas, beer, and handcrafted cocktails, alongside a variety of light snacks to keep you refreshed.

We are fully licensed and insured and comply with all Port Regulations. Your safety and peace of mind are paramount to us. We take pride in our rigorous compliance with all regulatory requirements, holding full registration with the local port authorities and maintaining up-to-date licensing for our operation.
Our captains are not only skilled navigators but also hold current boating licenses and are trained in both CPR and First Aid. Our first mates and hosts are also CPR/First Aid certified, as well as lifeguard and smart serve certified to ensure your safety on every voyage.
Rest assured, our vessels are fully insured, covering both the boat and our charters. We adhere to stringent maintenance schedules, including regular marine surveys and engine servicing, to guarantee the highest standards of vessel performance and safety.
As some other tour operators mention on their sites as well, it’s always best to make sure that your operator is licensed and insured. While budget-friendly options might seem appealing, the quality and safety of your experience can be compromised by operators who cut corners.
The inherent costs associated with maintaining high safety standards and vessel upkeep in The Bahamas mean that exceptionally low prices might indicate a lack of proper licensing and insurance. Choose wisely to ensure a safe and memorable adventure on the waters of The Bahamas.
-
Ground transportation is not included in the cost of the tour.
We are happy to help you arrange a taxi if needed.
-

Spacious and stable, it's perfect for both serene snorkelling adventures and dynamic offshore fishing.
-
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, guests who show up intoxicated, or for guests who cannot participate due to conditions outlined in our "Who This Tour Is Not Suitable For" above in the FAQ section. Please review these guidelines carefully before booking and connect with us if you have questions.

As you snorkel through the crystal-clear Bahamian waters, you might find yourself in the company of an array of sea creatures.
Maybe you will be greeted by graceful sea turtles or witness the elegant flight of stingrays, including the majestic spotted eagle rays - it’s their home, we are only visiting, and you never know what beauty or adventure awaits you.
The vibrant coral reefs serve as a backdrop to a bustling community of fish, including the vivid parrotfish, swift snappers, camouflaged grouper and crafty barracudas, among a myriad of others.
You might even catch a glimpse of a pod of playful dolphins or the serene beauty of sea stars dotted along the ocean floor.
We urge all snorkelers to observe without disturbing - the corals and marine life you'll see are part of a delicate ecosystem. Please refrain from touching the coral or any sea creatures, as even the slightest contact can cause harm. By maintaining a safe and respectful distance, you contribute to the preservation of this underwater paradise.
“Take only pictures, leave only bubbles”
Occasionally you might even witness a manatee or a whale, making your snorkelling trip a truly unforgettable experience!

While the waters of The Bahamas are known for their shark species, including the formidable tiger sharks, encounters aren't very common.
In the more rare event you do spot a shark, remember to keep calm!
Avoid sudden movements - face the shark and maintain eye contact. If you have a selfie stick or fins you can calmly put them in front of your body to create a barrier should the shark approach you. Shark experts often say that the above is often enough to help a shark lose interest in you, but in the extreme and again very rare event you are approached, a gentle redirection, if necessary, can be achieved by carefully pushing down on the top of the shark's head to gently guide it away, ensuring a respectful distance between you and these magnificent marine predators.
Keep your head on a swivel, be aware of your surroundings, and staying calm is key.
That being said, we keep our groups small for a reason! We will have trained and knowledgable eyes on your group and the water around you as you explore the underwater world of The Bahamas!
